A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate directly with creditors and law firms on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts to secure favorable settlements and halt legal action
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for effective strategies
• Manage client files and gather necessary documentation for account resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred

• Computer competency, including experience with CRM platforms
