Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate directly with creditors and law firms on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts to completion, communicating client hardships and obtaining settlements
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for effective strategies
• Manage client files, maintain communication with creditors, and gather necessary legal documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based/goals-driven environment preferred
• Analytical mindset with strong business acumen
• Computer competency, with prior experience using a CRM platform preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
