Debt Negotiator

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations), the successful candidate will negotiate directly with creditors and law firms to secure favorable settlements, manage client files, and maintain high-volume communication to resolve accounts effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts by communicating hardships and securing settlements to halt legal actions
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms while analyzing client portfolios for optimal strategies
• Achieve monthly KPIs and manage confidential information with discretion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
