Debt Negotiator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) will negotiate directly with creditors and law firms to secure favorable settlements, manage client files, and maintain high-volume communication to help clients achieve financial stability.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts to completion while communicating client hardships and reviewing savings to determine necessary funds for settlements
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios to develop effective strategies for debt resolution
• Achieve monthly KPIs set by management and manage confidential information with discretion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment
• Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and professionalism
• High energy, competitive, and motivated to provide exceptional client service
• Ability to build rapport with clients and creditors easily
