Job Summary

Negotiating directly with creditors and law firms, the full-time remote Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) will manage client files, conduct high-volume negotiations, and secure favorable settlements to help clients regain financial control.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts by communicating hardships and obtaining settlements that halt legal action
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms while analyzing client portfolios to strategize for financial freedom
• Achieve monthly KPIs by managing confidential information and collaborating with team members for efficient processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment
• Strong analytical mindset with business acumen and professionalism
• Ability to build rapport with clients and creditors in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred
