Job Summary

As a full-time remote Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations), the successful candidate will negotiate directly with creditors and law firms to secure favorable settlements for clients, manage client files, and maintain high-volume communication to resolve accounts efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts by communicating hardships and obtaining settlements to halt legal action
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms to facilitate account resolutions
• Analyze client portfolios to develop effective strategies for achieving financial freedom

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with business acumen and professionalism
• Ability to build rapport with clients and creditors effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
