Debt Negotiator

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations), the successful candidate will negotiate with creditors and law firms to secure favorable settlements for clients, manage client files, and maintain high-volume communication to facilitate account resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts by communicating hardships and determining necessary funds for settlements
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for effective strategies
• Achieve monthly KPIs while managing confidential information and coordinating with team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment
• Strong analytical mindset with professionalism and business acumen
• Ability to build rapport with clients and creditors effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
