Debt Negotiator

Job Summary

Negotiating directly with creditors and law firms, the full-time remote Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) will manage client files, conduct high-volume negotiations, and secure favorable settlements to help clients regain financial control.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts by communicating hardships and securing settlements to halt legal action
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for optimal strategies
• Achieve monthly KPIs while managing confidential information and collaborating with team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based, goals-driven environment
• Strong analytical mindset with business acumen and professionalism
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
