Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate directly with creditors and law firms on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts and secure favorable settlements to halt legal actions
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for effective strategies
• Manage client files, gather legal documentation, and ensure compliance with monthly performance metrics
