Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate with creditors and law firms on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts by communicating hardships and securing settlements to prevent legal action
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for optimal strategies
• Gather legal documentation and communicate with creditors to facilitate account resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred
• Computer competency with prior experience using a CRM platform
