Debt Negotiator - Arizona Licensed

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Debt Negotiator - Arizona Licensed, the successful candidate will negotiate directly with creditors and law firms to secure favorable settlements for clients, managing client files and maintaining high-volume communication with an average of 20-30 outbound calls per day.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts to completion, communicating hardships and reviewing savings to secure settlements that halt legal actions
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios to determine effective strategies for financial freedom
• Gather and submit legal documentation for account approvals and maintain compliance with the FDCPA during negotiations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment
• Strong analytical mindset with business acumen and professionalism
• Ability to build rapport with clients and creditors effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
