Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to assist clients in negotiating debt settlements with creditors and law firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts and secure favorable settlements to halt legal actions
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for effective strategies
• Manage client files, gather legal documentation, and ensure compliance with monthly KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
• Ability to multi-task and work in a collaborative team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
