Job Summary

Negotiating directly with creditors and law firms, the full-time remote Debt Negotiator (Michigan Licensed) will secure favorable settlements for clients while managing high-volume negotiations and maintaining client files to facilitate financial recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts by communicating hardships and securing settlements to halt legal actions
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for effective strategies
• Achieve monthly KPIs and manage the submission of required legal documentation for account resolutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based, goals-driven environment

• Prior experience using a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce
