Job Summary

Negotiating directly with creditors and law firms, the full-time remote Debt Negotiator (Nevada Licensed) will manage client files, conduct high-volume negotiations, and secure favorable settlements to help clients regain control of their financial futures.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts to completion by communicating hardships and securing settlements that halt legal action
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms while analyzing client portfolios to strategize for financial freedom
• Achieve monthly KPIs set by management and manage confidential information with discretion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment
• Strong analytical mindset with business acumen and professionalism
• Ability to build rapport easily with clients and creditors
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
