Job Summary

Negotiating directly with creditors and law firms, the full-time remote Debt Negotiator (State Licensed) will help clients secure favorable settlements and resolve accounts, managing client files and maintaining high-volume communication through outbound calls to facilitate financial recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts by communicating hardships and securing settlements to halt legal actions
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms while analyzing client portfolios for effective strategies
• Gather and submit legal documentation for account approvals and payments, ensuring compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment
• Strong analytical mindset with business acumen
• Ability to build rapport with clients and creditors
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
