Debt Negotiator (Tennessee Licensed)

Job Summary

Negotiating directly with creditors and law firms, the full-time remote Debt Negotiator (Tennessee Licensed) will manage client files, conduct high-volume negotiations, and work towards securing favorable settlements to help clients regain financial control.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts to completion by communicating client hardships and securing settlements that halt legal action
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms while analyzing client portfolios to determine effective strategies for financial freedom
• Achieve monthly KPIs and gather necessary legal documentation for account resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
• Ability to build rapport with clients and creditors effectively
• Computer competency, with prior experience using a CRM platform preferred
