Job Summary

As a full-time remote Debt Negotiator (Virginia Licensed), the successful candidate will negotiate directly with creditors and law firms to secure favorable settlements for clients, managing high-volume negotiations while maintaining client files and achieving monthly performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts to completion, communicating hardships and securing settlements to halt legal action
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms while analyzing client portfolios to develop effective strategies for financial freedom
• Manage client account data and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining confidentiality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment
• Strong analytical mindset with business acumen and professionalism
• High energy and motivation to provide exceptional client service
• Proficiency in computer systems and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
