Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Agent to join their remote sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess their financial situation and determine debt settlement options
• Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to leads, educating clients on the debt settlement process
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and meet monthly sales targets while adhering to legal and company policies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Debt Settlement or a related field
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center technology
• Strong work ethic and a results-driven attitude
• Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as required
