Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Agent to join their remote sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess finances and determine debt settlement options
• Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to leads
• Educate clients on the debt settlement process and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Debt Settlement or a related field
• Strong work ethic and results-driven attitude
• Proficiency in CRM systems and call center technology
• Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as required
