Key Responsibilities
  • Translate ambiguous customer-related problems into clear decisions and operating rules
  • Define customer segmentation based on behavior, value, and lifecycle stage
  • Drive cross-functional execution across marketing, sales, operations, and technology teams
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, product, or a similar problem-solving role
  • Strong ability to work directly with data (SQL, Python, Excel, or similar tools)
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and make decisions with imperfect information
  • Experience translating loosely defined problems into clear actions or process improvements
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, marketplaces, or customer-driven businesses is a plus
