Key Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous customer-related problems into clear decisions and operating rules
- Define customer segmentation based on behavior, value, and lifecycle stage
- Drive cross-functional execution across marketing, sales, operations, and technology teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, product, or a similar problem-solving role
- Strong ability to work directly with data (SQL, Python, Excel, or similar tools)
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and make decisions with imperfect information
- Experience translating loosely defined problems into clear actions or process improvements
- Experience in hospitality, travel, marketplaces, or customer-driven businesses is a plus
