Key Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven customer insights to enhance client loyalty programs and drive sales
• Build and maintain audience lists to support targeted marketing campaigns
• Provide actionable recommendations based on complex data analysis aligned with client objectives

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of relevant customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Sigma
• Familiarity with customer segmentation techniques such as RFM and regression modeling
• Python/SQL programming experience preferred
