Job Summary

Building analytical frameworks and decision support infrastructure, the full-time salaried Decision Science Analyst will architect the analytical foundation for growth initiatives while working remotely, leveraging data to optimize business outcomes across various departments such as Marketing, Loyalty, and Customer Experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on analysis of campaign, pricing, and customer performance to quantify ROI and effectiveness
• Develop analytical methodologies and frameworks to evaluate performance across marketing and growth initiatives
• Build analytical dashboards and reporting solutions to enhance visibility into customer behavior and business performance

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics, decision science, or performance analysis
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets
• Experience building dashboards using business intelligence platforms like Power BI or Tableau
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
• Demonstrated curiosity and a builder mindset with the ability to create new analytical processes and frameworks
