Key Responsibilities:

Lead a high-performing team while managing projects independently
Enable data-driven decisions through analysis, experimentation, and modeling
Inspire and mentor decision scientists, while identifying opportunities to drive customer value

Required Qualifications:

BS/BA in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, or related field
6+ years of experience in decision science, business analytics, or related fields
2+ years of team management experience
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven product strategy
Expertise in SQL and one analytics programming language (Python or R)
