Required Qualifications

• 6-9+ years of relevant customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Sigma
• Demonstrated success with customer segmentation techniques
• Python/SQL programming experience preferred
