Decision Scientist II

Job Summary

Supporting the Mobile App team, the full-time Decision Scientist II will partner with product management, engineering, and design to optimize the mobile user experience through rigorous analysis, experimentation, and causal inference, while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define KPIs and create reports and dashboards to track performance against large data sets
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments that drive product growth and improvement
• Translate insights into product strategy and prioritize high-impact initiatives for app engagement and growth

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, computer science, statistics, or economics
• 3+ years of product analytics experience, preferably in a product/engineering/tech environment
• Experience designing experiments and utilizing statistical principles for business decisions
• Proficient in statistical computing and scripting languages such as Python, R, and SQL
