Decision Support Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Decision Support Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of decision analysis, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs into actionable recommendations
• Build advanced models and frameworks for recurring GTM decisions while partnering with analysts to enhance impact
• Establish processes and tools to improve decision-making quality and mentor analysts to elevate analytical standards

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in GTM strategy, commercial analytics, corporate strategy, or management consulting in a high-growth enterprise or SaaS environment
• Proven ability to independently lead end-to-end analyses from problem definition to executive-ready delivery
• Advanced modeling and analytical capabilities (Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, or equivalent)
• Deep understanding of GTM motions across Sales, Customer Success, and Channel ecosystems
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
