Decisioning Execution Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the execution and monitoring of decision strategies, the full-time hybrid Decisioning Execution Analyst will translate business requirements into implementation logic, conduct testing and validation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance decisioning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support change execution across various decisioning environments and ensure alignment with business intent
• Perform user acceptance testing and maintain documentation for strategy changes, ensuring quality and compliance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using tools like Python, SQL, and Excel

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in analytics, implementation, or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured logic and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
