Deconversion Analyst

Job Summary

Coordinating the deconversion process for retirement plans, the fully remote Deconversion Analyst will manage relationships with Plan Sponsors, Third Party Administrators, and internal teams while ensuring a smooth transition of assets and data with a focus on superior customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Create a positive transition experience for clients through consultations and regular updates
• Coordinate the gathering of deconversion paperwork and manage client expectations
• Perform quality checks on deconversions, ensuring accuracy in asset transfers and final records

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of Conversion/Deconversion experience
• General knowledge of qualified retirement plans and their administration
• Proficiency with Relius Recordkeeping Software
• Strong project management and reconciliation skills
• Ability to effectively interact with clients to resolve data conversion issues
