Job Summary

Building strategic relationships with homeowners, the remote Dedicated Advisor will manage a portfolio of approximately 200 Evolve listings, providing tailored strategies and data-driven insights to enhance performance and drive long-term partnership value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and retain a high-value book of Evolve listings while delivering clear insights on property performance
• Proactively identify opportunities for owner performance improvement and provide strategic guidance
• Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews to align on goals and insights with owners

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, preferably in a high-touch or strategic environment
• Background in travel or hospitality is preferred
• Exceptional active listening skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Strong analytical and organized mindset with a data-driven approach
• Competitive, goal-oriented attitude motivated by measurable impact
