Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in real estate, hospitality, or vacation rentals
• 3+ years of experience leading or coaching sales individuals or account managers
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred
• Ability to lead in a dynamic and high-growth environment
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and delegation skills
