Dedicated Research Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dedicated Support Research Analyst to work closely with life science customers and leverage Electronic Health Record data for impactful research.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand their needs for technical analyses and enablement, setting up weekly meetings to maximize value from EHR data
• Develop and pursue strategies for dedicated support accounts in collaboration with the success team
• Produce studies and results using SQL, R, and Python, while communicating project status and collaborating with success managers

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in clinical research, data analysis, clinical informatics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience analyzing Electronic Health Record data or Real World Data sources
• Experience working with large databases consisting of millions of patients' data
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with customers to deliver high-quality research analyses
• Willingness to learn new coding languages, including proprietary languages for data analysis
