Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deduction Specialist who will manage and resolve customer deductions efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve customer deductions in a timely manner, following company policies and procedures
  • Process credit memos, offset balances, repaid deductions, and other related financial transactions accurately
  • Analyze deductions to identify root causes and collaborate with Finance, Sales, and other teams to prevent recurring issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in accounting or finance is advantageous
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts receivable or deductions
  • Proficiency in financial systems, particularly QuickBooks, High Radius Cloud, or similar platforms
