Deduction Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely on an EST zone schedule, the Deduction Specialist will be responsible for researching, analyzing, documenting, and resolving various Retail deduction claims while managing accounts receivable for assigned clients.
Key responsibilities
- Clear valid deductions in a timely manner and pursue recoverable dollars aggressively
- Research and identify root causes of recurring deduction issues, collaborating with sales and operations teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to deductions and account management
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3 years' experience in deduction resolution and credit/collections in a B2B environment
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Oracle or SAP preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
