Deductions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deductions Analyst who is detail-oriented and analytical.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer deductions by identifying root causes
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, and Customer Operations to maintain strong relationships and resolve issues
• Analyze trends in deductions and provide insights to prevent future issues

Required Qualifications

• Two-year accounting degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable focusing on deduction resolution and collections
• Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with systems such as HighRadius, CAS, and JDE
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Customer-focused with tactful communication skills
