Deductions Analyst

Job Summary

Managing deduction resolution and payment discrepancies, the hybrid Deductions Analyst will analyze invoices, perform customer calls for documentation, and assist the Accounting department with various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyze deductions and short payments on invoices
• Perform weekly calls to customers and brokers for deduction documents
• Research and resolve outstanding deductions and incomplete payments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Basic accounting experience with deductions and cash application
• Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
