Deductions Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Deduction Management organization, the full-time Deductions Analyst will advance business intelligence reporting, drive deduction reduction initiatives, and deliver data-driven insights while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to reduce deductions and improve cash recovery through analysis of trends and root causes
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for KPI monitoring
- Serve as an analytical partner to cross-functional teams, delivering insights that enhance business performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0-3 years of progressive experience in data management or a strong internship program
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience creating data visualizations
- Understanding of statistical analysis and performance measurement techniques preferred
