Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deductions & Dispute Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Target-related deductions, including dispute submission through Synergy
• Advise clients on best practices for handling Target deductions and provide ongoing support
• Investigate deduction trends and develop strategies to reduce future revenue leakage

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with deductions, post-audit claims, or compliance issues related to Target
• Deep knowledge of Target's Synergy platform and deduction resolution workflows
• Proven ability to recover revenue from various deduction categories
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and develop preventative strategies
• Experience in creating internal resources such as process documentation and training guides
