Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deductions & Dispute Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of Target-related deductions, including documentation and dispute submission
• Advise clients on best practices for handling Target deductions and disputes
• Investigate deduction trends and provide data-driven recommendations to reduce revenue leakage

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with Target deductions, post-audit claims, or compliance issues
• Deep knowledge of Target's Synergy platform and deduction resolution workflows
• Proven ability to recover revenue from invalid deductions
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and develop strategies
• Experience in building internal resources like process documentation and training guides
