Deductions Management Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Deductions Management Specialist will manage, reconcile, and clear deductions by researching and resolving various deduction claims in accordance with client standards.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and internal sales teams to resolve deduction inquiries
- Gather and analyze claim documentation to validate customer deductions
- Process credits to offset resolved deductions and maintain tracking data
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in CPG deductions is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
