Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deductions Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve customer deductions in compliance with policies and procedures
- Process credit memos, offset balances, and other financial tasks as assigned
- Analyze deductions to identify root causes and collaborate with teams to reduce recurring issues
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in finance or accounting, focusing on account receivables or deductions preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with financial software, preferably High Radius Cloud or similar platforms
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
- Capability to manage competing priorities and handle change effectively
