Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deductions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve customer deductions in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Process credit memos, offset balances, and other financial tasks as assigned
  • Analyze deductions to identify root causes and collaborate with teams to reduce recurring issues
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in finance or accounting, focusing on account receivables or deductions preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with financial software, preferably High Radius Cloud or similar platforms
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
  • Capability to manage competing priorities and handle change effectively
