Job Summary

A company is looking for a Default Analyst to manage default-related processes and ensure compliance within the Default Asset Management department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to default-related correspondence for timely and compliant resolutions
• Oversee daily property inspections and preservation tasks to ensure properties are secure and compliant
• Conduct quality control reviews across Default Asset Management functions to ensure compliance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Mortgage Default Servicing experience
• Experience with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA loans
• Strong independent judgment and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA servicing processes and standards
• Proven ability to adapt to unique situations and collaborate in a team environment
