Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Default Reporting Analyst will ensure accurate and timely reporting of mortgage servicing portfolios, develop reporting and analytics, and perform data analysis in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct root-cause analysis on identified issues, managing them from identification to resolution
- Define exceptions and report requirements to ensure accurate default reporting
- Validate and troubleshoot exception reports and default data to identify discrepancies
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Three plus (3+) years of experience in loan servicing, preferably in default
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in data analysis and auditing large datasets
- Strong working knowledge of loan servicing terminology and loss mitigation programs
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills, including formula usage
