Job Summary

Default Servicing Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for managing bankruptcy and replevin operations, ensuring efficient account progression through default, and maximizing recoveries while controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end bankruptcy workflows and replevin/legal recovery processes
• Manage legal vendors and drive performance improvements to reduce cycle times
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient account progress through legal channels

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in default servicing with experience in bankruptcy and legal recovery processes
• Strong knowledge of bankruptcy procedures and UCC Article 9 (replevin)
• Experience managing attorneys and legal vendors focused on performance
• Proven track record of improving operational execution and recovery outcomes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
