Job Summary

A company is looking for a Default Specialist to support legal representation in foreclosure and related litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new cases and ensure efficient handling throughout the default process
• Maintain quality control and provide exceptional customer service to clients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreclosure or mortgage servicing operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Access
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to changing client expectations and industry requirements
