A company is looking for a Default Title Online Searcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze public records to determine legal ownership of property
• Compile and review legal documents such as Deeds, Mortgages, and Liens for Foreclosure
• Maintain open communication with team members and meet daily production metrics

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience performing public land/court searches
• Prior Real Estate Property Search and Title Examination Experience
• Typing/Data Entry skills, minimum 35 wpm with 95% accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Excel
