Job Summary

A company is looking for a Defense Contracting Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of government contracting specialists to provide coaching and technical support to businesses in government markets
• Oversee delivery of technical assistance, including needs assessments and client-specific action plans
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses, government agencies, and professional associations while staying current on federal contracting priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience
• Experience working with the Department of War or in federal contracting
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and developing staff
• Strong stakeholder and partnership development experience
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
