Defense Program Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Defense Service Centers, the full-time salaried Defense Program Finance Analyst will manage financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting for a diverse portfolio of facilities and specialty service centers across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end financial management of assigned service centers, ensuring accurate and compliant allocations
• Prepare financial forecasts, standard reports, and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and operational efficiency
• Perform variance analysis and reporting against AOP and quarterly forecasts, communicating drivers, risks, and opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience in finance operations or financial planning
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of cost and financial data
• Ability to identify financial drivers and perform both high-level and detailed analysis
• US citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain security clearance as needed
• Strong analytical skills with experience working independently and collaboratively
