Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote Defense & Cleared Workforce Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for security-cleared talent, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and placing candidates for critical U.S. government roles in the defense sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of cleared roles, ensuring compliance with federal guidelines
• Develop and nurture pipelines of security-cleared talent from military and veteran communities
• Leverage specialized sourcing channels to connect with top-tier candidates and translate military experience into role fit

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in cleared, defense, or government-contracting sectors
• Proven success in placing security-cleared candidates with knowledge of U.S. security clearances
• Fluency in interpreting military/veteran backgrounds and experience with clearance verification workflows
• Exceptional sourcing, screening, and stakeholder-management skills
• U.S.-based with U.S. citizenship potentially required for certain positions
