Defense Travel Consultant III
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Defense and Government/Travel Consultant III (experienced) for 24/7 shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and complete travel arrangements for complex accounts
- Sell products of commercial value and contribute to profitability
- Resolve complex problems and escalations, including VIP service
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service environment
- 3+ years as a Travel Consultant
- Advanced knowledge of GDS and booking tools
- Specialist skillset and/or subject matter expertise
- Military experience/certifications accepted as a substitute for some requirements
