Researching and resolving problems related to plan operations
Coordinating materials for meetings and managing annual enrollment processes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in Compensation or a related field
Thorough knowledge of compensation philosophies and practices
Extensive experience with incentive plan design and implementation
Knowledge of Workday HCM preferred
