Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deferred Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing day-to-day operational functions for deferred compensation plans
  • Researching and resolving problems related to plan operations
  • Coordinating materials for meetings and managing annual enrollment processes

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Compensation or a related field
  • Thorough knowledge of compensation philosophies and practices
  • Extensive experience with incentive plan design and implementation
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM preferred
